Can you help me with my medical condition?
I am not a doctor therefore I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Instead I will help you move negative emotional energy out of your way as well as educate you on diet or lifestyle changes that have helped others while supporting the changes that allow you to LIVE.
How is this coaching relationship better than just doing my own research, trying things I find in blogs, or doing a program?
Your work with me will be lightning focused on YOU and your needs. Instead of just learning about what works for others you will get information based on where you are in your journey. Think of it as one-on-one tutoring, but for your health and life instead of academics! I have a process I use to ensure I am giving you information for YOU. Not just general information for any ole body. I also partner with Balanced Health so you can have hair and saliva analysis to see stress on your body. Furthermore, I have techniques to help alleviate stress and bust through mental limits. These techniques help that negative energy move along and leave you feeling free and ready. We will also have plenty of accountability, motivation, and structure to ensure you LIVE!

Let's Live is for anyone that is tired of feeling stuck and is ready to LIVE! This 16 week program will be tailored to your needs and will include mindset work, diet and lifestyle education, accountability, motivation, and structure!
What are Caitlin’s Qualifications?
I am a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (CTNC) and Hormone Specialist from the Institute of Transformational Nutrition. I have also been learning about diet, lifestyle, avoiding toxins, and alternative treatments for the past 10 years. Through my teaching (11 years in High School Math) experience I have learned explanation and structuring techniques that lend themselves to health coaching wonderfully. I am also always learning! I am currently adding to my mindset and energy movement knowledge daily.
